Wakeo is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Paris. You will own post-sale relationships, drive adoption of our real-time freight visibility SaaS, and ensure ROI for enterprise customers across regions. The role requires fluent French and English; German is a plus. It is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the central Paris office. Ideal candidates bring 6-7 years of SaaS B2B account management or customer success experience and a passion for helping customers maximize value from our platform.
