### About the Role Join a consumer education technology team building AI-powered learning experiences for students. You will shape core product areas and help set a high bar for visual craft, usability, and design quality. ### What You'll Do * Own product areas from early concepts and prototypes through research, delivery, and iteration with product and engineering partners. * Design polished interfaces and motion details that make complex learning journeys feel simple and intuitive. * Build and evolve a scalable design system, including reusable components and quality practices. * Explore AI-assisted workflows and AI-native product experiences to improve how the team researches, prototypes, and ships. * Share direct feedback and help raise design standards across the team. ### What We're Looking For * Several years of product design experience, with the ability to guide more junior designers. * A portfolio showing strong visual craft, shipped consumer products, and polished B2C experiences for teenage audiences. * Experience taking designs from prototyping and research through to shipping, rather than focusing primarily on research. * Experience using AI tools to support design work and developing product experiences that incorporate AI. * Experience scaling product quality through code-first design systems or AI-powered design reviews. * Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment, with a bias toward prototypes, experiments, and hands-on building. * Strong systems thinking, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to feedback. ### Compensation & Benefits Visa sponsorship is not available. ### Location On-site in Berlin, Germany.
