Ameri Partners is seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Consultant** to support enterprise risk, compliance, audit, and governance solutions within a regulated financial services environment. The role focuses on **ServiceNow IRM/GRC configuration, workflow automation, risk management, reporting, integrations, and production support**. Key Responsibilities * Configure and enhance **ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules**, including Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk. * Develop workflows using **Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts**. * Support risk assessments, control testing, issue tracking, and remediation processes. * Build dashboards and reports using **Performance Analytics, Report Builder, and CACTUS dashboards**. * Manage ServiceNow data models, table relationships, ACLs, and role-based security. * Develop and troubleshoot integrations using **REST APIs, MID Server, and data collectors**. * Support platform enhancements, update sets, testing, and production deployments. * Maintain data quality, compliance documentation, and audit evidence. * Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing platform improvements. * Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT, and business stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * **3 to 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience**. * Strong knowledge of **ServiceNow IRM/GRC concepts and workflows**. * Experience with **Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and workflow automation**. * Knowledge of **data modeling, ACLs, security roles, and update sets**. * Experience with **ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics**. * Understanding of **REST APIs, MID Server, and system integrations**. * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow Risk, Control, Compliance, or Audit Management modules**. * Experience in **banking, financial services, or regulated environments**. * Knowledge of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance processes.
