We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Manager to oversee the overall operations, maintenance, and performance of power generation facilities. The successful candidate will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations while optimizing operational performance, managing resources, controlling costs, and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily power plant operations to ensure reliable, efficient, and uninterrupted power generation. * Oversee plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and asset management activities. * Develop and implement operational strategies, maintenance plans, and performance improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and operational standards. * Monitor plant performance, efficiency, availability, and operational costs. * Lead, develop, and manage plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams. * Coordinate planned shutdowns, scheduled maintenance, and emergency repairs. * Identify operational risks and implement effective corrective and preventive measures. * Manage budgets, resources, procurement, and operational expenditures. * Oversee technical inspections, performance reporting, and operational documentation. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technical consultants, and relevant stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and operational excellence. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in power plant operations, engineering, or maintenance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of power generation systems, plant equipment, and industrial operations. * Experience managing plant operations, maintenance programs, and technical teams. * Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental, and risk management practices. * Proven ability to manage operational budgets, resources, and performance targets. * Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities. * Proficiency in relevant engineering, maintenance, and reporting systems. * Good command of written and spoken English. *
