**Role Description** The Business Unit Manager role at Excel Tricks is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Unit Manager will oversee daily operations of the business unit, including planning and tracking performance against goals, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional activities. This role will involve analyzing customer and usage data, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing product and content offerings aligned with market needs. The Business Unit Manager will collaborate with content creators, marketing, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, resources are used efficiently, and quality standards are met. The position also includes responsibility for reporting key metrics to leadership, implementing process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand the reach and impact of Excel Tricks. **Qualifications** * Strong business management skills, including operations oversight, planning, and performance tracking. * Experience with data analysis, reporting, and using insights to drive decision-making and growth. * Background in product or content management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional projects. * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with productivity tools; ability to understand Excel-focused products is highly beneficial. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams. * Proven organizational and time-management abilities, especially in a part-time, hybrid work environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Analytics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage. * Experience in digital education, online content, or SaaS businesses in the UAE or regional markets is a plus.
