**Role Description** The IT Service Delivery Manager at PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia will oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently met. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include coordinating technical support activities, managing incident and request workflows, monitoring performance against service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement in IT processes. The role will collaborate closely with business units, vendors, and the IT team to resolve issues, optimize systems, and ensure a positive user experience. The IT Service Delivery Manager will also maintain documentation, report on service metrics, support IT governance and compliance, and contribute to planning and implementation of new or enhanced services. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently. * Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Information Technology and IT Service Management to manage services, processes, and SLAs effectively. * Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities to ensure clear communication, user satisfaction, and stakeholder engagement. * Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a part-time, hybrid work environment. * Candidates should possess experience with service management tools (e.g., ITSM platforms), incident and change management, and performance reporting. * Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage. * Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., ITIL) are beneficial. * Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to evolving business needs, and maintain a high level of professional integrity.
