**Role Description** The Director at Techgeen is a full-time, on-site role based in Mirpur. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery across digital marketing, web development, security, design, and data services. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage key client relationships, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth and profitability. The role includes developing and implementing business plans, optimizing processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to align services with market needs. The Director will also handle budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to support sustainable business expansion. **Qualifications** * Demonstrated leadership experience in an IT, digital marketing, or technology-focused environment, including team management and strategic planning. * Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and trends, with the ability to guide service offerings and client strategies. * Familiarity with web design and development, web security, and related technical services, enabling effective oversight of multidisciplinary teams. * Experience coordinating creative and operational functions such as graphic design, data entry, project management, and quality assurance. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. * Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and make data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and outcomes. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. * Capacity to work on-site in Mirpur, maintaining a hands-on presence and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
