**Role Description** The Director role at Spixy is a full-time remote position responsible for leading strategic growth, operations, and cross-functional alignment across the platform. This role involves defining and executing business strategy, overseeing marketplace performance, and driving user acquisition and engagement for both hosts and guests. The Director will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the end-to-end user experience, refine AI-powered discovery, and optimize listing and booking workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and tracking key performance metrics, managing stakeholder relationships, guiding team leaders, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. The Director will also represent Spixy in external partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and support fundraising or investor relations as needed. **Qualifications** * Demonstrated experience in leadership roles overseeing business strategy, operations, or marketplace/platform growth. * Strong skills in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and performance management. * Background in technology, hospitality, real estate, or consumer marketplaces is highly beneficial. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage remote collaboration, and build inclusive, high-performing cultures. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working with product, marketing, and growth teams to scale digital platforms or apps. * Comfort with analytics tools and KPIs related to user engagement, acquisition, and monetization. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
