WE’RE HIRING | Regional Vice President – META (Middle East, Turkey & Africa) 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Level: Executive / Regional Leadership 🌍 Region: Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) We are looking for an accomplished Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and drive business growth across the META region.This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven executive with a strong track record in enterprise technology, regional business development, and building high-performing teams. * 🔹 Key Responsibilities: * Lead regional business strategy, growth, revenue, and profitability. * Own regional P&L, sales performance, and business development. * Drive strategic enterprise accounts and high-value commercial opportunities. * Build and strengthen C-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. * Expand business operations across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. * Drive growth across ERP, SaaS, Procore, construction technology, and enterprise solutions. * Build, develop, and lead high-performing regional teams. * Collaborate with global business leaders to execute regional and company-wide strategies. * 🔹 Requirements: * 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology, ERP, SaaS, Consulting, or Digital Transformation. * Significant senior leadership experience in the Middle East. * Strong understanding of GCC enterprise markets, particularly UAE and Saudi Arabia. * Proven experience leading multi-country business operations and driving regional growth. * Demonstrated success in winning and managing large enterprise accounts. * Experience managing revenue targets and preferably regional P&L. * Strong C-level relationship management and negotiation skills. * Experience working with global technology vendors and partner ecosystems. * Willingness to travel extensively across the META region. 🔹 What We're Looking For: A strategic, entrepreneurial, and commercially strong leader who can build businesses, develop new markets, drive sustainable growth, and represent the organization at the highest executive level. 📩 Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?
