we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager & Systems Analyst to lead the design, analysis, and delivery of complex business and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with development teams, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders, driving end-to-end processes and translating business needs into scalable, high-quality technological solutions. Requirements * At least 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Systems Analysis, or leading complex technological processes and solutions. * Proven experience working with system interfaces and integrations across multiple systems. * Strong experience in analyzing complex information systems and translating business requirements into technological solutions. * Proven ability to write detailed system specifications and lead technical discussions with development and architecture teams. * Experience leading cross-functional, matrix-based processes in a multi-team environment. * Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advantages * Experience in banking, mortgages, credit, insurance, or other financial services environments. * Experience working with core financial systems and complex enterprise projects. * Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, databases, and system integration processes.
