We’re looking for a Digital Systems Analyst who can turn complex business needs into clear, practical, well-integrated digital solutions. You’ll be the link between the business and the technology teams, owning each requirement from the first idea through delivery. **What You’ll Do:** * Gather, analyze, and translate business needs and requirements into optimal, efficient and feasible system and digital solutions. * Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical specification documents, covering business and system processes, screens, logic, data and interfaces. * Design and specify integrations and interfaces between systems, including APIs and cross-system processes. * Lead, coordinate, and support end-to-end delivery of each requirement, working with development, QA, UX/UI, infrastructure, information security, business stakeholders and external vendors. **What We’re Looking For:** * At least 3 years of experience analyzing complex systems in a digital and mobile environment. * Experience working with multi-interface systems and integration processes. * Experience leading requirements and processes end to end, working with development and QA teams and business stakeholders. * Development experience (significant advantage). * Hands-on experience using AI tools in systems analysis, specification, design, and development support to streamline processes and improve deliverables. * Familiarity with information security considerations in web and mobile development.
