We offer a comprehensive range of solutions that help you to operate online safely, securely, and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Uses cybersecurity tools to protect information, systems and networks from cyber threats. * Tracks escalations and provide advisory and support function to front office / back office. * Works on problem determination analysis and resolution techniques. * Ensures closing escalated trouble tickets on daily basis per shift. * Analyzes performance of incident management activities (Root Cause and ownership) with support from back-office team. * Opens clients trouble tickets with vendors. * Understands and meets customer agreements (OLA/SLA/commitments). * Ensures incident team has an active voice and is driving the L1 troubleshooting. * Ensures system changes with appropriate teams to minimize disruption. * Communicates issues requiring escalation to different teams and initiates follow-up procedures. * Leads operational incidents and breaches. * Leads security analysis, administration and remediation procedures, workflows, and tasks. * Identifies opportunities to improve security monitoring and operational tasks. * Leads technical onboarding/offboarding process for Cyber Resilience Center services. * Operates Cyber Resilience services (DDoS, VM, MD, etc.) related to clients. * Ensures 24x7 proactive and reactive managed security operations monitoring product lines and services to clients. * Uses cybersecurity products and security control technologies to reduce identified risk to an acceptable level. * Ensures all operational and maintenance activities are properly documented and updated as necessary. * Performs technical risk remediation and vulnerability closure of Cyber Resilience Center environments. * Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager. * Leads the administration, configuration, monitoring, and support of F5 BIG-IP LTM, ASM/Advanced WAF, and DNS/GTM platforms. * Manages F5 policies, virtual servers, pools, SSL certificates, iRules, DNS services, and traffic management configurations. * Performs troubleshooting, root cause analysis, upgrades, migrations, and optimization activities for F5 environments. * Supports customer onboarding/offboarding activities related to F5 services. * Ensures availability, performance, and security of application delivery and web application firewall services. * Identifies and remediates security risks and vulnerabilities within F5 environments. * Acts as the primary SME for F5-related incidents, escalations, and vendor engagements. **Skills:** * Advanced knowledge in network and security infrastructure. * Advanced proficiency in security tools and systems such as firewalls, load balancers, and application delivery controllers. * Expert-level experience with F5 BIG-IP technologies, including ASM/Advanced WAF, LTM, and DNS/GTM. * Strong hands-on experience in the administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of F5 BIG-IP environments. * Advanced knowledge of a variety of operating systems and a good systems administration level of experience. * Advanced proficiency in communicating effectively with a range of security professionals to simplify complex technical issues. * Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity-related threats and vulnerabilities. * Strong understanding of web application security, traffic management, load balancing, DNS services, SSL/TLS, and network security concepts. * Ability to perform incident analysis, root cause investigation, vulnerability remediation, and operational support within managed security environments. **Years of Experience:** * 5+ years in relevant experience. **Professional Certificate** : * PCNSE, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, FCA, CISM, CISSP, Security+, F5-CSE, and F5-CTS certification in BIG-IP LTM, DNS, or ASM/Advanced WAF. **Academic Qualification:** * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Master's degree preferred. **Important Notice for Candidates:** By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and understood sirar's Candidate Privacy Notice and agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with it.
