We are looking for an experienced **Principal Solution Engineer** to join our Digital, Data & Channels technology organization and play a key role in designing, leading, and shaping complex enterprise-scale systems. This position combines deep technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration, driving end-to-end solutions across development, infrastructure, security, and architecture domains within a highly regulated environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end system solutions for digital initiatives and projects. * Drive architecture planning, system design, and technical solution definition. * Participate deeply in requirements analysis and solution design processes. * Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including HLD, LLD, and ADRs. * Support development projects from concept and design through production deployment. * Work closely with development teams (.NET and React) as well as infrastructure, security, and networking teams. * Design and implement solutions across hybrid environments (On-Premises and Azure Cloud). * Integrate legacy systems into modern architectural frameworks. * Lead the resolution of complex challenges related to performance, scalability, and system integration. * Define engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. **Requirements:** * 15+ years of experience in software development and/or systems engineering. * Proven experience as a System Engineer and/or Solution Architect. * Deep understanding of .NET-based development environments. * Familiarity with React and modern web architectures. * Strong experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems architectures. * Experience working with Azure and cloud-based environments. * Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift. * Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and networking. * Experience working in regulated environments is an advantage. * Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance high-level architecture and technical details. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in large enterprise organizations. * Experience working with complex legacy systems. * Proven involvement in digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives. * Experience operating within highly regulated environments. **Additional Advantage:** * Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, software delivery, and business processes.
