We are establishing Environment and Waste as a dedicated practice and are looking for a senior consultant to lead it. We are open to a flexible start, on a freelance or consultancy basis, with a clear path to a full-time leadership role as the practice grows. **Responsibilities** * Lead construction and operational waste management strategies and plans. * Deliver environmental assessments, studies and compliance reporting. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, design teams and relevant authorities. * Develop the practice's services, client relationships and business opportunities. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals. * Guide and coordinate the supporting team within Eumada's QA/QC framework. **Qualifications** * 7+ years of experience in environmental and waste consultancy for building projects, preferably in the GCC. * Strong knowledge of regional environmental regulations, authority requirements and green building frameworks. * Proven technical delivery and project management experience. * Strong technical writing and confident client communication. * Experience leading workstreams or multidisciplinary teams. * Client relationships and business development experience would be a strong advantage.
