**We're Hiring | Freelance Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Adult Social Care** **HealthVision Training Academy | Health Vision UK Ltd** We are looking for an experienced and qualified **Freelance Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)** to support the development and delivery of regulated adult social care qualifications through our Training Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IQA to work flexibly with an established adult social care provider, initially supporting the **Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate**. **The Role** 📍 **Location:** Remote ⏰ **Hours:** Approximately 8–12 hours per month initially 📋 **Contract:** Freelance / Self-employed 💷 **Rate:** Competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and agreement **Key Responsibilities** * Quality assure learner portfolios, assessment records and assessor decisions. * Ensure assessment practices meet Highfield awarding organisation requirements. * Provide constructive feedback and support assessor standardisation. * Maintain accurate IQA records, sampling reports and action plans. * Identify assessment quality risks and recommend improvements. * Support preparation for External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits and ongoing centre compliance. **About You** **Essential:** * Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (or recognised equivalent). * Relevant occupational competence and qualifications in adult social care. * Experience quality assuring regulated vocational qualifications. * Knowledge of the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate. * Experience supporting assessors and maintaining assessment standards. * Strong understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection. **Desirable:** * Experience working with Highfield qualifications. * Familiarity with electronic portfolio systems. * Background in domiciliary care. **About Us** Health Vision UK is an established, CQC-regulated domiciliary care provider supporting hundreds of individuals across London.
