The Country Manager will promote Origin Detector in their local market, identify opportunities for growth, and support outreach to manufacturers and partners. Daily activities include monitoring customer feedback, analyzing local trends, coordinating with the global team, and contributing ideas to improve engagement and platform adoption in the country. **Qualifications** * Customer-focused skills such as Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to maintain a positive user experience. * Customer Service Management capabilities to oversee interactions, resolve issues, and manage local customer processes. * Analytical Skills to interpret user feedback, identify trends, and propose data-informed improvements. * Strong Communication skills to engage consumers, collaborate with manufacturers, and coordinate with internal teams. * Experience in community management, consumer advocacy, or platform promotion is beneficial. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
