Be part of **CIBI Information Inc.**, a purpose-driven company at the forefront of enabling better credit decisions in the Philippines and beyond. **ABOUT THE ROLE:** The Product Analyst will play a key role in driving product improvements and development through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze product performance, market and competitor trends, and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement. You will conduct market research, data mining, case studies, and product assessments, translating your findings into actionable recommendations that will help guide the Product Team's strategies and development initiatives. Beyond research and analysis, you will provide day-to-day support for ongoing projects and product enhancements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs, and champion internal system improvements. You will play an important role in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system efficiency, and reduce operational costs through continuous product innovation. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Research and analysis of CIBI WFS competitors, their products, platforms, partners and clients * Data Collection, research and analysis on the existing products offered by CIBI, its performance and respective margins * Analysis on the existing costs associated in fulfilling services and revisiting accuracy and up to date Time and Motion Study * Reports generation on insights and recommend actions obtained thru market research that will help fuel the WFS business * Review product quality from presentation to publication of reports, check consistency * Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure completion of projects and enhancements * Recommend strategies which will help in the lifecycle of process improvement / product development * Mastery of all WFS products that are offered to the clients * Ensures compliance with the information security management system (ISMS) by protecting data, managing access, attending necessary training, and promptly reporting security incidents * Design new products and communication material for internal and external stakeholders * Perform other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time. * ATS account set-up and monitoring **JOB SPECIFICATIONS:** * Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Business Management or related courses * At least 1 year of related experience is required in the background screening industry * Strong understanding of WFS products and service offered by CIBI to its clients * Proficiency in system applications and processes * Knowledge of Scrum and/or Agile methodologies is a big plus * Experience with APIs is desirable * High standard of attention to detail * Key skills: Problem-solving, needs analysis, organization, and project management, product research and competitor analysis * Distinctive willingness and hunger to learn and grow professionally * Coachability and strong work ethic * Distinctive sense of ownership and passion for the job * Product Management, Research & Development * Understanding the customer and requirements analysis
