Pacow Media helps education businesses and course creators scale with Meta ads. We’ve worked with 45+ education brands and generated $5M+ in client revenue. **Who we’re looking for** * A media buyer who wants to do more than run ad accounts. You love helping people get better. * You’ve run Meta ads before and understand funnels, pixels and conversion tracking. GoHighLevel is a plus. * You understand sales and business too. You can look at a client’s numbers and find the real bottleneck, not just blame the ads or the sales team. * You tell clients the truth early, even when the numbers are bad. * A strong independent thinker who wants a team. You’re not looking for one more gig. You want a home to grow with. * Perfect English (native or bilingual). **What you’ll be responsible for** * **Weekly reviews:** funnel review on Monday, ads review on Wednesday. Find the bottleneck, decide what to scale, kill or test. * **Ads:** draft new ads and scripts with AI (Claude), brief our VAs to build them, and audit what’s running. * **Creative testing:** keep new ads in the pipeline so no client depends on one winner. * **VA management:** brief and manage our VA team day to day. * **Client ownership:** answer clients in Slack (reply within 1 business day) and send clear weekly updates: the number, the target, why, and what’s next. * **Later:** run your own coaching calls with clients. **Hours** * Max 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday * Training: 9:00 to 18:00 CET * After training: shifted hours to match US clients (e.g. 12:00 to 20:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 CET) **What we’re offering** * €1,500/month during training, then €175 per client: €3,000 to €5,000/month at a full roster * A bonus every time one of your clients renews * 100% remote * Full training on our system, directly from our co-founder * A real path to senior coach and head of fulfillment as we scale **Why apply now** We’re a small, fast-growing agency and still early.
