Finance Wholesale Commercial Supervisor Job Purpose Leads the Wholesale & Local Commercial Credit team, owning rebate and accrual governance, credit utilization, and AR reconciliation. Drives timely resolution of overdue balances, calculates ECL, and ensures the team's credit decisions protect cash flow while enabling sustainable sales as planned Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the Credit Analyst team * Govern wholesale & local customer rebates and accruals * Control wholesale/local credit utilization * Ensure accurate AR reconciliation * Perform monthly analysis of Balance Sheet commercial GL accounts * Review and adjust customer accruals against contracts monthly * Review daily pricing and D&A updates for compliance with company SOA * Provide monthly DCSO and DSO analysis with COCs * Provide monthly D&A report by customer, material, amount, and accrual type Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. * SOCPA, Credit & Risk Management or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Requirement * 4–6 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Commercial Finance. * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience * Experience within FMCG or distribution * Experience managing rebates, accruals, customer contracts, and credit risk assessments. * Experience with SAP ERP, GTM systems
