Job Description **Purpose of the Job:** Assist the Credit Control Manager in maintaining and improving an effective and sustainable credit control system for the company that ensures timely collections, in close cooperation with Sales. **Key Accountabilities** * **1\. Internal Controllership**· Review and update company credit control policies & procedures in liaison with sales & finance management and ensure adherence by all. * **2\. Management Reporting**· Review and provide periodic financial reporting to the management regarding regional cash collection forecasts, actual & aged debtor’s analysis. * **3\. Collection Forecast**· Assist the sales department in analyzing and making the collection forecast report, inorder to properly follow up on pending collections. * **4\. Customers’ communication**· Manage outstanding sales balances & contact customers before payments become overdue, and initiate proceedings when required, to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion. Develop excellent relationship with top customers through regular visits. * **5\. Customers’ contracts obligations**· Rebate calculations and applying new Business Development Agreement (BDA) changes on the monthly booking. * **6\. Customers’ accounts reconciliations**· Timely reconciliations of customers’ accounts to ensure completeness of records and timely collection. * **7\. External Audit**· Assist the Credit Control Manager in providing all requirements related to Accounts Receivable (AR) * **8\. Credit risk assessment** Review and evaluate customers’ credit limits to ensure the accuracy of credit limits assigned to customers based on their historical behavior. Skills * **Job Requirements:**· * Educational level: Minimum Bachelor's degree/diploma in accounting * · Minimum experience: 5 years of relevant experience, worked in FMCG * At least 2 years handling key account customers. * · Ability to reconcile complex debtors’ accounts. * Worked on SAP. * · Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
