・制定合理的生产计划，协调生产、仓库、包装、物流、设备、人力等资源; Formulate a reasonable production plan and coordinate resources such as production, warehouse, packaging, logistics, equipment, and manpower; ・优化生产流程，提升效率并降低制造成本; Optimize production processes, improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs; ・监控生产进度，快速响应突发问题（如设备故障、物料短缺等）； Monitor production progress and quickly respond to unexpected problems (such as equipment failure, material shortage, etc.); 2. 质量与标准管控 Quality and standard control ・目标：保障阀门产品符合国际标准（如API、ISO）及客户定制化要求。 The goal: to ensure that the valve products comply with international standards (e.g. API, ISO) and customer-specific requirements. ・关键职责： Key Responsibilities: ・监控制造部门实施质量管理体系，减少产品缺陷率； Monitor the implementation of the quality management system in the manufacturing department to reduce the product defect rate; ・监督生产环节的工艺合规性，确保零部件的精度与可靠性； Supervise the process compliance of the production process to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the parts; ・推动质量改进项目（对关键设备、生产工艺进行必要的验证工作；解决影响产品质量的工艺技术问题，参与质量事故的调查），提升客户满意度。 Promote quality improvement projects (carry out the necessary verification work on key equipment, production processes; ・定期分析成本结构，制定降本增效方案 Regularly analyze the cost structure and formulate a plan to reduce costs and increase efficiency 5. 安全与环保合规 Safety & Environmental Compliance ・目标：确保生产过程安全、环保，符合国家法规及企业社会责任要求。 Goal: to ensure that the production process is safe and environmentally friendly, and meets the requirements of national regulations and corporate social responsibility. ・关键职责： Key Responsibilities: ・落实安全生产制度，预防工伤事故； Implement a safety production system to prevent industrial accidents; ・推动绿色制造（如减少废水、废气排放）； Promote green manufacturing (e.g. reducing waste water, exhaust emissions); ・推动组织安全培训与应急演练。 Promote the organization of safety training and emergency drills. 6. 技术创新与行业创新 Technological innovation and industry leadership ・目标：推动阀门制造技术升级，适应市场变革（如智能化、耐高压/高温需求）。 Goal: Promote the upgrading of valve manufacturing technology to adapt to market changes (such as intelligence, high pressure/high temperature resistance). ・关键职责： Key Responsibilities: ・与产品工艺部门合作，落地新工艺、新材料或智能阀门项目。 Cooperate with the product process department to implement new processes, new materials or intelligent valve projects. ・关注行业趋势（如工业4.0、数字化转型），探索智能制造解决方案; Pay attention to industry trends (such as Industry 4.0, digital transformation) and explore intelligent manufacturing solutions; 任职要求： 1.本科及以上，机械工程专业。 Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering. 1) 熟悉机械加工及装配工艺，熟悉焊接工艺及相关制造问题解决者优先；熟悉仓储和物流管理。 Familiar with machining and assembly technology, familiar with welding process and related manufacturing problem solving is preferred; Familiar with warehousing and logistics management. 2) 对精益生产有系统性的了解、熟练运用精益生产工具分析并解决现场问题（E-Kanban、DMAIC，A3），熟悉机加工、装配、喷涂； Have a systematic understanding of lean production, proficient in using lean production tools to analyze and solve on-site problems (E-Kanban, DMAIC, A3), familiar with machining, assembly, and spraying 2.不少于5年生产现场或工艺工程经验，3年以上管理岗位经验； No less than 5 years of experience in production site or process engineering, more than 3 years of experience in management positions; 3.机械加工组装等领域，阀门领域更佳。 In the fields of machining and assembly, the valve field is better. 4.基本的英语读、写能力； Basic English reading and writing skills; 5.优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，责任心强、较强的抗压能力、思维敏捷； Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, and quick thinking;
