**M&A / Corporate Development (Food & Agribusiness) - Associate Director / Director**
**Location:** Singapore / Malaysia
**Role Overview** An opportunity for an experienced M&A professional to drive strategic acquisitions and investments across the food ecosystem, with responsibility for the full transaction lifecycle from deal origination to completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Identify and source M&A and strategic investment opportunities.
2. Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and closing.
3. Assess target businesses, investment opportunities and commercial viability.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the transaction process.
5. Prepare investment proposals and recommendations for senior management.

**Requirements**
1. Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
2. 8–15 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity or corporate development.
3. **Must have prior M&A or investment experience covering the food, agriculture or agribusiness sectors.**
4. Proven track record in end-to-end transaction execution.
5. Strong financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and negotiation skills.
6. Regional Southeast Asian experience would be advantageous.
