**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **Technical Recruiter** to join our team and support hiring across technology and specialist functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for technical and specialist positions. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive talent mapping. * Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. * Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. * Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs. * Track recruitment activity, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular hiring updates and insights. * Ensure recruitment practices follow company policies and relevant employment regulations. What We’re Looking For * **5+ years of recruitment experience**, with strong exposure to technical/IT hiring. * Proven experience managing **full-cycle recruitment** in a fast-paced environment. * Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify hard-to-find technical talent. * Confident stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics/reporting tools. * Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Experience in a multinational or regional organisation is an advantage.
