**Role Description** **These roles help organisations understand regulatory requirements and put them into practice. They work with legal, risk, operations, and product teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes, maintain accurate records, and track actions through to completion.** **The Regulatory Compliance Associate** tests whether internal controls meet applicable requirements, records findings, and follows up on corrective actions. The **Regulatory Affairs Officer** coordinates regulatory submissions and renewals, checks supporting documentation for completeness, and tracks responses to regulator enquiries. The **Regulatory Policy Analyst** monitors consultations and proposed rules, assesses their potential impact, and prepares briefings and recommendations for internal policy changes. **Qualifications** * Degree in Law, Public Policy, Business, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs, policy analysis, or a related role. * Ability to interpret regulatory documents and explain their practical implications to non-specialist teams. * Strong research, writing, and recordkeeping skills, with attention to deadlines and supporting evidence. * For compliance roles, experience testing controls, documenting exceptions, and tracking corrective actions. * For regulatory affairs roles, experience coordinating submissions, maintaining filing calendars, or responding to regulator enquiries. * For policy roles, experience comparing proposed and existing requirements, assessing their operational impact, and drafting policy briefs or consultation responses. * Sound judgement when handling confidential information and escalating issues that require legal or specialist review.
