**Role Description** This is a part-time hybrid role based in Sharjah, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves delivering structured IT training sessions, guiding learners through core programming concepts, tools, and best practices, and supporting them with assignments, projects, and exam preparation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing learning materials, conducting interactive classes, mentoring students during boot camps and hackathons, and providing feedback to help them improve technical and professional skills. The role also includes collaborating with other instructors to refine course content, tracking learner progress, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of core programming languages and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java) and ability to teach them clearly and practically. * Experience with modern software development practices, tools, and frameworks used in web and mobile application development. * Ability to design and deliver structured lessons, projects, and assessments that support diverse learners and different levels of experience. * Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with a focus on patience, clarity, and learner success. * Prior experience in technical training, teaching, or conducting workshops, boot camps, or hackathons is highly beneficial. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including on-site presence in Sharjah and effective remote collaboration. * Commitment to inclusive education, continuous learning, and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
