I'm currently working with a growing boutique design studio in Dubai who are looking to appoint an experienced Interior Design Manager / Lead Interior Designer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a studio specialising in high-end private residential projects, with an exciting portfolio of work, ambitious growth plans and the chance to play a key role in the future of the business. The studio has a fantastic working culture, with a genuine focus on work/life balance and flexibility, including 2 days working from home each week. They're looking for someone who wants to develop their career whilst being part of a supportive, ambitious and enjoyable working environment. **The Role:** * Work closely with the Studio Director, acting as their right hand in the day-to-day running of the design team. * Lead and manage a team of 4–6 interior designers, overseeing design quality, workflows and project delivery. * Manage resources and workloads across multiple high-end residential projects at different design stages. * Take ownership of selected projects, remaining involved in both design and technical delivery. * Mentor and develop designers, maintaining high standards across the studio. * Coordinate with the in-house architectural team, external consultants and specialist suppliers. * Help improve studio processes, systems and overall efficiency. **What We're Looking For:** * Extensive experience delivering high-end private residential projects. * Strong design taste and a sophisticated understanding of luxury interiors, materials and finishes. * Previous experience leading and managing interior design teams. * Excellent supplier knowledge and understanding of the luxury residential market. * Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and consultants. * AutoCAD proficiency. Revit experience is highly beneficial but not essential. * Someone organised, proactive and ambitious who enjoys being part of a growing, entrepreneurial business. This would suit someone who enjoys leading a team but still wants to be involved in the creative side of projects, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how a studio operates and grows.
