We are looking for ambitious, high-performing recruitment professionals who want more than just another desk. We are open to both 360 Recruitment Consultants and delivery-focused consultants, provided you bring strong recruitment foundations, proven methodology and a genuine drive to perform. At eMagine, you will work in a collaborative, high-accountability environment with the support, structure and training to take your career to the next level. You will manage the full talent acquisition journey, from understanding client requirements and mapping the market through to sourcing, screening, candidate management, interview coordination, offer negotiation and successful placement. You will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with candidates and clients, work on meaningful mandates, develop specialist market knowledge and contribute to the next chapter of our growth. Ideally you should have a passion for connecting people and: * Previous recruitment agency, search or talent consulting experience is essential. * A strong understanding of structured recruitment and talent acquisition methodology, from briefing and market mapping through to shortlist delivery, interview management, offer negotiation and placement. * Proven experience in candidate sourcing, headhunting, talent pipelining and candidate relationship management. * Confidence qualifying candidates beyond their CV: assessing motivation, capability, cultural alignment, salary expectations, notice period and long-term career goals. * Experience in either a 360 recruitment role or a delivery/resourcing-focused role. * A consistent record of achieving or exceeding activity, delivery and/or revenue targets. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise clients and manage expectations professionally. * A quality-first approach to candidate engagement, client service and recruitment process management. * Commercial awareness, resilience and the confidence to take ownership of your desk, market or delivery portfolio. * A team-first mindset: competitive in performance, but supportive of colleagues and wider business goals. * A genuine desire to be excellent at recruitment and continuously improve.
