**About The Role** Join a customer support team working fully remotely and become the main point of contact for customers of a well-known automotive group. You will help customers in German and English and keep the relationship between the company and its users strong. The client is known for its commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. **What You'll Be Doing** * Answer customer questions by phone, chat and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm * Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to solve customer issues * Record interactions, resolutions and follow-ups clearly and accurately in the CRM * Work with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience * Stay up to date on the client's latest offers, policies and services * Bring warmth and enthusiasm to every interaction * Help meet performance goals and the client's high targets for quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement **What You Bring** * Fluent or native-level German and English * Knowledge of automotive and digital products * Clear and accurate documentation skills * Strong collaboration and communication skills * A professional, warm and customer-centric attitude * Commitment to staying updated on client offers, policies and services * Preferably already living in Portugal **Schedule & Work Model** * Fully remote * Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 coverage), following the German schedule * Two rotating days off per week **Compensation & Benefits** * €1,055 gross, paid in 14 instalments per year * Food allowance of €7.63 per working day **Relocation** * Candidates already living in Portugal are preferred, since the role is fully remote **Apply:** Send your CV in English to betul.kapkapci@cbtalents.org
