Advertising Sales Representative (English C1) | Lisbon, Portugal **About The Role** Join an international sales team based in Lisbon, supporting a leading global social media platform's advertising business. You will reach new potential clients by phone, guide them through sign-up and get them engaged with the platform. **Responsibilities** * Reach out to new potential clients via outbound calls * Help prospects finalize their sign-up and drive engagement * Pitch value, handle objections and engage decision-makers * Manage your sales pipeline through a CRM **Requirements** * 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing * 1-2 years of experience working with digital advertising agencies or advertising technology companies * Familiarity with digital tools and campaign planning * Proven sales track record, comfortable with cold calling and targets * Consultative selling, strong questioning and objection-handling skills * Ability to influence without authority * English proficiency at C1 level * Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal **Work Schedule & Location** * Monday to Friday, 8 AM-6 PM * Modern office in Lisbon (Parque das Nações), easily reachable by metro, bus and train **What We Offer** * Around 15 working days of paid training (in English) * Employment term contract (12 months, extendable by up to 12 months), permanent after 2 years * Total package approx. €1,227/month * Variable productivity bonus of up to €300/month * Private health and dental insurance after contract signature (requires NIF and Social Security number) * 22 days of annual holiday + Portuguese public holidays **Apply:** Send your CV in English to betul.kapkapci@cbtalents.org
