General Description of Role and Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee the implementation of BIM processes, standards and protocols across the project, ensuring compliance with client and project requirements. * Prepare, review and monitor the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD matrix, modelling methodologies, coordination strategies and information exchange procedures. * Review, validate and audit BIM models and documentation submitted by design consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements. * Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure and other relevant disciplines. * Manage clash detection processes, review coordination reports and ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner. * Monitor BIM deliverables throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring model accuracy, consistency and appropriate information management. * Lead BIM coordination meetings and technical workshops with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders. * Provide technical guidance to the project team on BIM processes, model management, information extraction and reporting. * Ensure effective use of BIM for design coordination, construction sequencing, quantity take-offs and project delivery, where applicable. * Monitor compliance with relevant BIM standards and protocols, including ISO 19650, and ensure appropriate information handover at project completion. * Inform themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. * Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline. * Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in BIM management and coordination. * At least 3 years of experience in a BIM Lead, BIM Manager or similar senior position. * Experience on large-scale mixed-use, master-planned community, residential or commercial development projects is highly preferred. * Previous experience within a PMC, engineering consultancy or client-side environment is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements and ISO 19650. * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage and Common Data Environments (CDE). * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection and BIM model auditing. * Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM applications is an advantage. * Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
