**About us** Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a vertically integrated synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise industries you can’t electrify. We aim to make synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels and sustain life on earth by keeping the CO2 locked underground. We’ve recently deployed the UK’s largest synthetic fuel plant and are planning to 1000x this scale in the next 2 years. We now have a clear line of sight to producing synthetic fuels cheaper than fossil fuels over the next 5-10 years, becoming the first company in history to achieve this feat. We’re looking for a Talent & Partnerships Lead to build the relationships, partnerships and programmes that will bring the world’s best engineers and operators to Rivan and maintain our high talent density as we scale. **The role** Build bespoke and invite-only talent networks. * Systematically enhance and manage Rivan’s network of world-class founders, investors and connectors - spend time on the ground in global talent hotspots to build these relationships in-person. * Curate, host and attend high-talent density events in the UK and internationally. * Define the programmes and content that keep our network engaged over time. **Core skills** * Have lots of interesting side projects you tinker on, have written about, or are generally curious to work on. **Bonus skills** * Have lots of interesting side projects you tinker on, have written about, or are generally curious to work on. **Specifics** * £70 - 90k salary depending on experience * Significant share options as part of the early team * In-person work at our HQ in Bermondsey, South-East London - flexibility considered based on personal circumstances * Extensive relocation support, including £6000 per year extra to live close to our HQ * Health insurance * Unlimited time-off _We encourage exceptional applicants from all backgrounds to apply for this role, even if they do not meet all the requirements listed._ _If you don't see a current role that fits, we also welcome open applications via our website._ **Interested?
