**Group Marketing Manager** Dorset | Hybrid | Full time, flexible hours | £30,000 to £45,000 + annual performance bonus **Build brands. Launch businesses. Grow into a marketing leader.** We're looking for an ambitious marketing professional who wants to grow their career alongside a rapidly expanding international business. Nexus Recruitment Group operates across **North America, Europe and Asia**, with ambitious plans to launch new recruitment brands, enter new markets and bring B2B software products to market throughout 2027. Our flagship brand, Nexus Semiconductor Recruitment, already ranks number one for semiconductor recruitment on Google and AI search platforms across North America. Now we're building something much bigger. **We're looking for someone who wants to play an important part in that growth, with the ambition to eventually lead marketing across the group.** **Why this role is different** * You'll report directly to our Founder and Managing Director, working closely together to turn the group's vision into marketing campaigns, content and successful brand launches. * You'll have direct access to the person making the decisions, the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and the responsibility to get things done. * The role is international, with marketing activity spanning North America, Europe and Asia, all from our Dorset office. * And you'll be joining at a particularly important stage. * We're expanding our recruitment operations, entering new markets and developing new software businesses. You'll have the chance to help launch multiple brands in your first year, building experience across both specialist recruitment and B2B SaaS. **We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.** Initially, you'll take hands-on responsibility for marketing across the group. As the business expands, our intention is to build a larger marketing function, creating a clear opportunity to progress into Head of Marketing and potentially an executive leadership role in the future. **What you'll be doing** * **Social media:** Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook across our group brands, building relevant audiences internationally. * **Content and copywriting:** Write engaging blogs, industry insights, newsletters, case studies, website copy and social campaigns. * **New brand launches:** Work directly with the Founder to bring new businesses and products to market. * **International expansion:** Support the launch and growth of a new UK, European & Asia recruitment division in January 2027. * **Awards and recognition:** Identify relevant industry awards and prepare compelling entries. * **Conferences and events:** Research worthwhile events across the US and Europe, coordinating marketing campaigns around them. * **Website management and reporting:** Keep our websites current and report monthly on marketing performance, audience growth and results. **Who we're looking for** * You're an excellent writer with at least three years of experience in B2B marketing, content or social media. * You understand how to grow business social accounts and can demonstrate the results you've achieved. * You'll have practical experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, social scheduling platforms, Google Analytics and AI writing tools. * A background in SaaS, technology, recruitment or engineering would be an advantage. **Most importantly, you have ambition.** You want to develop your skills, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career.
