We are partnering with our client, a respected international trust and fiduciary services business in Zurich, to appoint a commercial director to drive growth and deepen key relationships. This permanent position is ideal for a seasoned financial services business development professional with a strong commercial mindset, who can leverage an existing professional network and private banking experience to expand our client's footprint in the market. You will play a central role in shaping business development strategy while working closely with our client's team and their professional partners. Key Skills & Experience * **Commercial leadership (Director level)** - 5 to 7 years of experience operating at a senior, commercially focused level, accountable for revenue growth and strategic client development. * **Business Development** - Proven ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline in line with our client's objectives. * **Business Developer / Relationship Manager** - Track record of managing and growing relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * **Strong B2B Network in Switzerland** - Established relationships with accounting firms, law firms, banks, and other professional intermediaries in Switzerland and the ability to convert this network into new mandates. * **Private Banking, Accountancy, Legal or Trust / MFO experience** - Background in private banking, accountancy, legal, trust or multi family office experience allowing you to understand wealth planning needs and collaborate effectively with corporate partners. * **Fluent written and spoken German and / or French languages is essential** If you are ready to take on a pivotal commercial role in Zurich, we would be pleased to share more and discuss your fit with our client's requirements.
