The team is focused on enabling clients to scale efficiently with data-driven insights and real-time business intelligence. **Role Description** The Vice President of Innovation is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of FlowMatic AI’s innovation strategy. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of new AI-driven products and features, from ideation and research through prototyping, testing, and launch. The Vice President of Innovation collaborates closely with product, engineering, data, sales, and customer success teams to align innovation initiatives with market needs and company growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating emerging technologies, identifying high-impact automation opportunities, shaping long-term product roadmaps, and establishing metrics to measure innovation outcomes. The role also involves building strategic partnerships, championing a culture of experimentation, and communicating innovation priorities and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders. **Qualifications** * Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify market opportunities and validate innovative solutions. * Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning, including setting innovation roadmaps and aligning initiatives with business objectives. * Proven Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery. * Experience building and maintaining Strategic Partnerships that support product innovation and market expansion. * Background in AI, automation, or SaaS, with the ability to translate complex technology into practical business value. * Leadership experience in innovation, product, or strategy roles, preferably at a technology or growth-stage company. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and team levels. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment and leading distributed teams.
