We deliver end-to-end quality management services across the business and technology life cycle for enterprise customers who need certainty at Go-Live.** We build and test services and products using AI, working across data, models, platforms, devices, and infrastructure to ensure those systems perform as expected at scale. **We're looking for a Test Automation Developer to plan, develop, and execute automated test plans for software systems in our defense team.** **This is a full-time, on-site position in North** The role includes end-to-end test development according to project requirements, starting with analyzing testing requirements, defining the necessary testing tools and equipment, designing the automation architecture, developing and implementing the required testing infrastructure and simulations, implementing test automation, validating the automation, writing test specifications, executing test plans, managing defects, preparing test execution reports, and managing the testing work plan. **Requirements** * Education: Practical Engineer (Technician), Bachelor's degree, or Engineering degree in one of the following fields: Software Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, or an academic graduate who has completed professional retraining in automation. * ISTQB certification or completion of a software testing course (military or civilian) is an advantage. * Experience testing complex systems. * Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, RS422, SNMP, WebSocket, and REST API. * Experience developing software and scripts, particularly in C#, Python, and Java. * Experience using tools for monitoring network messages, workloads, and performance. * Understanding and knowledge of software testing methodologies, including familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and integration of testing throughout the process. * Familiarity with software requirements and system specification documents, including the ability to analyze requirements, develop a testing strategy, and define testing documentation (STP, STD, STR). * Experience working with test management tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA. * Good English proficiency, particularly reading and writing * Preference will be given to candidates with experience testing multidisciplinary systems (such as mission planning systems, Command and Control (C2) systems, and integrated weapons systems). * Familiarity with open-source automated software testing tools and development in Web and Microservices environments. * Familiarity with automated software testing and development tools in environments such as MATLAB or Python. * Experience developing testing infrastructure. * Experience developing simulators. * Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) in software testing. * Experience defining and executing system-level tests such as ATP and POD. * Experience working in an AGILE environment.Experience working with CI/CD. **Why should you join us?** * Grow your career in a stable, innovative environment * Collaborate closely with clients to deliver smart, high-quality solutions * Make an impact in a dynamic, learning-driven environment * Be part of a human, value-driven organization that cares
