As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. **What You Will Own** * Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts. * Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign. * Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels. * The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call. * Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship. **What You Bring** * 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself. * A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through. * Agency experience across several clients at once. * Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls. * Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus. **How To Apply** Apply in two minutes at the link.
