Predictive Analytics Specialist | Python, SQL & Model Development **Your next step in data goes beyond reporting. Build models, investigate complex business challenges, and turn analytical insights into better decisions.** A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced **Predictive Analytics Specialist** to join an advanced analytical environment focused on predictive modeling, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for analytical professionals who combine strong SQL and Python skills with hands-on experience developing models, designing analytical methodologies, and solving complex business problems. You'll work with large enterprise datasets, develop and validate analytical models, investigate anomalies, and translate findings into clear recommendations for business and technology stakeholders. What You'll Do * Analyze complex business processes and translate findings into actionable recommendations. * Define research questions and design appropriate analytical methodologies. * Develop, implement, and validate predictive and decision-making models. * Monitor model performance and evaluate results using analytical tools and reporting frameworks. * Design and execute tests to validate decision logic and model behavior. * Investigate anomalies, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution. * Work with large enterprise databases and write complex SQL queries. * Develop Python-based solutions for Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning. * Manage and document model lifecycles, updates, and changes. * Analyze complex business systems, data flows, and operational processes. * Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements * **Relevant academic education** in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline. * **At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries** against databases in large organizations. * **At least 1 year of practical Python development experience** in Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, or Machine Learning. * **Significant analytical experience beyond data extraction and reporting**, including defining research questions, developing analytical methodologies, and presenting evidence-based conclusions. * **Hands-on experience developing, implementing, or validating analytical models.** * Experience analyzing complex business systems and processes. * Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders. * Ability to independently manage analytical tasks and solve complex problems. * Strong ability to communicate and defend professional conclusions in both Hebrew and English. * Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, and independent learning capabilities. * Initiative, assertiveness, and flexibility when approaching complex analytical challenges. Advantages * Experience working in Agile environments. * Familiarity with Jira or Monday. * Experience with Visual Analytics and tools such as Tableau.
